Duties and responsibilities

• Operating brewing process area according to work instruction and adhering to usage standards
• Carrying out the required quality check as described in quality control
• Recording waste on appropriate documentation or information systems
• Carrying out depth cleaning, lubrication and inspection of machines
• Monitoring trends when conducting routine Maintainence
• When trends indicate the existence of underlying problems
• When problems occur applying the appropriate techniques
• Verify the  the problem when have been soloved.

QUALIFICATION

• Experience in food industry or Brewing environment
• 2years experience in an FMCG environment
• Min 6 -12 on job training
• Diploma in electrical Engineering or equivalent
