Coca cola Kwanza limited has an exiting opportunity in PAC department, we are looking for talented individual with relevant skills and experience in regulatory affairs Manager position to be based in Dar es salaam. The successfully candidate will report to PAC director.

POST: Regulatory Affairs Manager

Key Duties and responsibilities

• Support the PAC Director to identify priorities and Manage all key regulatory threat facing the business.
• Track and maintain a detailed awareness of key regulatory issues facing the business and support development of strategic response as required.
• Establish partnership/ relationship with provincial regulatory authorities to deliver quantifiable commercial value.
• Monitor national, provincial and local legislation on an ongoing basis and regulatory requirements identified, prioritized and communicated to business issue owners
• Recommended political business and technical solution to drive and support business
• Proactive presence and involvement in industry for a to drive /shape regulatory and legislative.
• Input into development of stake holders engagement strategy
• Levarage existing relationship to develop partnership for roll country specific projects.

Skills, Experience and Education

The applicant should have at least a tertiary qualification in law, politics, public policy or humanities related degree.

Should have minimum of five year working experience in public policy.

Prior working experience in a public affairs department will be added advantage

The applicant should have the ability to demonstrate high level of interpersonal skills and good communication skills at all levels within and outside the organization.
