POST: Food and Beverage Manager

The food and beverage manager will be responsible for all food and beverage operations in our restaurant, bar and catering, responsible for ensuring F and B operations meet our brand standards and customer desire.

The food and beverage Manager will ensure strategies that will deliver service that are expected by our customers

Duties and responsibilities

• Working with managerial and supervisory staff determining area of concern
• Consistently developing the depertmdets

• Setting challenges that enforce the expectation
• Ensuring employees are treated well
• Reviewing guests comments and review
• Encouraging and respecting all team members
• Monitoring of all trends in market plus new products
