POST:Assistant Lodge Manager
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Manages the staff at the front desk, interview, trains and schedules the staff
- Conduct performance evaluation and disciplines staff when needed
- Coordinates arrival departure and billing requirements
- Review daily arrivals to ensure proper handling of special attention.
- Follow up credit problems with front office manager
- Review all paid outs, rebates,petty bcash disbursement and direct billing
- Check cashier work at end of shifts to ensure all transaction are reconciled.
- Respond swift and effectively in any lodge emergency or safety situation
- Resolve guest complaints from all areas of the lodge handling all guests

QUALIFICATION
- At least two years as front desk
- Fluent in English and ability to use Computer.
