The operations manager for Kendwa Rocks should have excellent level of commercial awareness and can build and Maintain relationships with international and external Guests.
Also responsible for highlighting medium and long term issue to general Manager and director and to help formulating solutions. The operating manager is also required to assist the preparation of annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes.

Duties and responsibilities
- Full responsible for all aspects of all department
- Full responsible for constructing modern SOP’s for all department.
- Support and Work with all department in all aspects in hotel
- Ensuring the premises are in operative conditions per the category
- Conduct regular operations team meetings with all the HOD
- Ensuring SOP implementation in all department and check the same during routine operations.
- Monitor the purchase/identity/ requestion of each department.
- Inspect in all department for SOP implementation

QUALIFICATION
Excellent revenue management skills with experience in budget,P&L’s and forecasting
working with colleagues to share skills, knowledge resources and networks
Highly focused, excellent communication skills
Be motivative and professional
Experience in property management, software, revenue management systems and accounting systems is desirable.

- High level of responsibility and accountability.
- Strong management, communication and organization skills
- Can do positive altitude when dealing with clients
- Excellent linguistic skills in English other language are a bonus
