The warehouse will be to to overseas the logistic operation and Manage the logistic operation team at Mwanza site.

Main Purpose of this Role

The role holder will overseas the warehouse and logistics operation and management the logistics operation team at Mwanza site

Duties and responsibilities

• Manage the overall operation to ensure sales orders are delivered.
• Ensure transporters are performing as per set of KPIs
• Relationship management of all key of stake holders including third party warehouse.
• Ensuring suppliers perform according to contract
• Posting full beer, spirits are received from production
• Posting primary breakage
• Daily conciliation of closing balance

• Good communication skills
• Good organizer
• Problem solving skills
• Personate about the business
• Leadership experience of working in partnership with  employees
• Five years Experience in Warehouse management
• Graduate preferably in supply chain
