Serengeti breweries limited operates in Tanzania and it is the secondary Largest Beer company with market share of around 25%. SBL was incorporated since 1988 as Associated Breweries and changed its name to Serengeti breweries in 2022.

The breweries are located in Mwanza, Dar es salaam and Moshi. Serengeti breweries are hiring for Shift Team

The shift team will be will be able to produce quality wort and beer at optimum coast in most efficient Manner at a safest way.

Duties and responsibilities

• Planed and acquire their requirements of shifts
• Manage human resource including development
• Foster good occupation healthy and environment
• Maintaining of working relation within a team and other shifts
• Manage the assets and process on shift basis
• Managing of costs
• Facilities problems solving procedure
• Effective generation of reports and records

QUALIFICATION

• Bsc in food science and Technology, Bsc in chemical processing engineer or degree in natural science
• At least 2-3years experience active in an established brewery
