POSITION:Accounts Payable
The sellected candidate will be responsible for collection and keeping records of accounts paid for the assimilation, process6 and reconstruction of credits, invoices and loans in segregated categories based on policies, procedures standards and legal requirements
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Effectively communicate with suppliers and employees to resolve issues.
Accurately generate EFTs and ADOC payment checks in accordance with agreed payment cycles.
Maintaining up to date the filing system for invoices, reports and funds.
Ensuring that supplier details are present on the system.
Ensuring compliance with relevant VAT requirements and WHT, seek advice and direction if necessary.
Regularly make archival of documents in the manner prescribed by AUMS.
Ensuring that the company’S HS&E and QA policies are followed when performing tasks.
Perform other account reconciliation tasks as required.
