K Vant producers are looking for an astute Procurement Officer  to overseas purchasing activities and ensure purchased items are both cost efficient and of high quality.

He or she will be responsible to assist the procurement manager with duties assigned.

Duties and responsibilities

• Overseas and supervising employees and all activities of purchasing department
• Preparing plans for purchase of equipment and services
• Following and enforcement policies and procedures
• Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualification
• Maintain good supplier relations and negotiations contracts.
• Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers

QUALIFICATION

• Proficiency in Microsoft office and purchasing software
• Strong communication skills
• Supervisory and Management experience
• 3years experience as procurement officer
• Degree in procurement and logistics or related fields
