For fourth form applicants who have graduated from JKT/JKU training and there are still in the camps their letters to the camp commanders.
For fourth form applicants who have graduated from JKT/JKU training those outside the camps(citizenship), their application letters submit to Commanders of the Regional Police.
For applicants with a bachelor’s education, a higher diploma, a diploma and Diplomas specified in (Appendix ‘A’) will be required to fill out the form (Appendix ‘ B’) which is available on the police website indicating personal information. This is not the case with a Scan (Scan). ila you are required to download (download), and fill in the relevant information and then send it together and applications.

Postage will not be receive if applicants do not attach to the following articles,
Copy of birth certificate
Copy of Nida national ID card or Nida number
A copy of the JKT/JKU graduation certificate for those outside the camps.
Academic certificates (Academic Certificates).
Copies of secondary training graduation certificates (Leaving Certificates).
