The Social Mobelizer, Girls Education programs will be responsible  for the implementation, development  of coordination reports of girls education  programs  in the respective  schools.  

POSITION: Social Mobelizer, Girls Education programs

The sellected candidate would serve as the first  point of contact for school,  parents and academic. This position will involve constant interaction with school  administrations, parents  and members  of school  cometee 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Responsible for the ongoing implementation of the girls ‘ education program under its jurisdiction, ensuring timely implementation, efficiency and good coordination, adherence to plan and budget guidelines
2. Responsible for managing relationships with schools, communities and dealing with issues that may arise in these relationships.
3. Organize and facilitate events, life skills camps, field trips and other educational sessions.
4. Facilitate life skills education sessions, and children’s club meetings
5. Conducting group and individual counseling sessions
6. To make material support you need to evaluate as needed and correct, delivery of materials to the selected girls and monitor its use
7. Collect / update alumnae contact information begore graduate girls and on an ongoing basis
8. Hold regular meetings with community members, parents, community leaders, school principals and teachers.
9. It supports donor visits through demonstration and presentation projects, as needed.
10. Ensuring optimal use of the plan budget through proper planning and monitoring of planned activities.

QUALIFICATIONS 

1. Degree in Education,  Social sciences or equivalent 
2. One to Two years of experience in education sector 
3. Experience  in facilitating  life skills, monitoring  and coaching 
4. Work knowledge  and understanding  of project management 
5. Solid planning  and project implementation skills 
6. Able to work in remote areas
7. Proven track records  of achieving  results 
8. Proven ability  to work effectively  with school  and Communities 
9. Good communication skills 
10. Team player
11. Experience  working with counselling  young girls
12. Powerful  computer skills  including  Microsoft Office  and Outlook 
13. Fluent in English language
