Job Description

The position is to create  premium  and reserve portfolio knowledge , awareness  and adoration  by our sales forces as well as trends leading  stakeholders , stores, driving  and encouraging  customer to commit demand which in turn transform into the customers demand , the role includes  managing abilities  on the spirit for the sales team 

POSITION: Brand Ambassador 

 There is need to improve the distribution  and especially  the sales rate of our premium  and reserve portfolio  and will be instrumental  tnot only to ensure our TLA/RLA accounts are served to all level where visibility  

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Conducting comprehensive training, tastings, samplings, masterclasses, dinners, across a Premium & Reserve luxury.
2. Creating monthly meetings organized with a quarterly Statement for key sales and marketing stakeholders
3. Implementation of Premium & Reserve Luxury Portfolio on-premises and retail activities 
4. Prospects and build good relationships with Gurus / influencers in key markets, while maintaining and promoting current relationships
5. Always reevaluate current Premium & Reserve Luxury Portfolio accounts and helps you find new accounts based on market trends
6. Encourage customers, customers, and businesses to advocate for stock products
7. Delivers special events in a way that offers positive surprises to our customers and customers
8. Possessing a capacity agenda for your assigned Business Unit, Regional Department and supplier partners

1. Excellent knowledge  of beverages and non luxury  goods industry 
2. Proven passion to live the life of the luxury industry and bring our products
3. Experience as entrepreneur with great understanding  of motivation  of bar manager
4. Excellent  proven presentation skills.
5. Excellent  mixology skills  and strong spirit 
6. Proven training  ability , impressive skills
7. Passion for wine, brand and business knowledge  with great ability  to recognize emerging trends 
8. Good communication, brand and business knowledge  with great ability  to recognize  coming trends
