DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Receiving medium, heavy and accidental vehicles requiring full maintenance
Allocating specific tasks to subordinates to provide a description of the work to be carried out
Providing technical and practical guidance to subordinates when they meet through practical demonstrations.
Establishing materials, tools and materials requisitions and organize their collection in order to ensure that all requisites are readily available.
Completing work evaluation forms to facilitate labor costs, equipment work orders and car parts to be manufactured in other stores.
Ensuring that subordinates comply with safety rules and that they are given safety gears.
Maintaining discipline among subordinates and promote team work to ensure the achievement of goal setting.
