The sellected candidates will report to chef Executive
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Providing regular guest professional, friendly and careful services while supporting colleagues
Leading and managing the Stewardship team in all aspects of the department
Operational balance, administration and needs of the counterparty
Regularly hold scheduled department meetings
Managing and maintaining the cleanliness of kitchen appliances and other assigned areas
Make sure all event banquet orders are checked and make sure the appropriate settings are in place
Preparing monthly reports on China’s shortage, finance and logistics and replacement of requirements as required when complying with budget guidelines
Working closely with the chef and F & B Manager to anticipate Guest Need
Order and control all inventory of cleaning compounds
Ensuring all equipment is working in order and reporting any items that need repair
Compliance with departmental policies, procedures and service standard
