In this space, you will be expected to learn the ins-and-outs of our daily routines and procedures in different departments. You focus on learning how our organization runs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Monitoring and payment control of the portfolio for customers using the software company.
2. Ensure customer compliance with payment schedules via tracking calls and reminders.
   In the case of inappropriate customers, identify and implement the most effective debt recovery methods and methods.
3. Monitor on the phone with inappropriate customers in order to ensure the debtor’s account is up to date.
4. Keeping records about the financial condition of customers, providing daily information to management.
5. Develop and strengthen customer relationships, regularly updating customers on company policies and new products, providing tailor-made financial solutions through a wide range of products offered by the company.
6. Train and share knowledge with Interns/Trainees employed by the company.
7. Any other duties as may be assigned by the management.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Diploma  or Degree in Accounting,  Finance, Business  administration or related
2. Computer skills including Ms Office,  word and excel
3. Great desire to learn  to gather with professional  car
4. Problem  solving skills 
5. Able to learn quick 
6. Fluent  in English and Swahili 
7. High attention to detail
