Duties and responsibilities

• Responsible for overall management of kitchen
• Ultimately accountable for implementation of safety
• Coordination with team members which includes information on stock level
• Management of weekly and monthly stock
• Ensuring that food are prepared with consistence items
• Managing and control of food storage
• Adhere to the company rules and regulations
