They are currently seeking for qualified Tanzanian to head of kitchen team (Chef) at Dar es salaam.

Duties and responsibilities

• Accountable for food production in hotel
• Provision of guidance and direction including setting performance standards
• Ensuring all aspects of our hotel are communicated and embedded within kitchen
• Innovative menu planning and design of food services
• Development of food cost and management strategy
• Creating platform for financial growth through cost control
• Responsible for recruiting, supporting and training
• Ability to facilitate on going team communication including external relationship

QUALIFICATION

• 5yers working experience in 5star Hotel kitchen
• Ability to demonstrate organization skills
• Degree in hospitality management or Diploma in culinary Arts/Food production.
