POST: Mantanance controller

Duties and responsibilities

• Participation in development of the program of property services for plant packaging

• Making sure that competitive service assets are developed in installation

• Making sure the objectives of property services have been incorporated into the MAS

• Supporting the implementation of the Mantanance strategies for cast

• Implemenatation of Technical plan gap for planting

• Ensuring compliance inspection of scheme of property services

• Supporting the development of budget repairs for planting

• Ensuring the implementation of repairs extended Maintenance

• Support installation to improve performance by guiding performance

• Making sure that Mantanance methods predictive

• Ensuring spare parts needed to support the asset management plan

• Ensuring compliance with planning Maintenance and implemenatation of disruption

• Making sure mantainence funds updated and efficient

• Cooordinate and control mass availability for day Maintenance

QUALIFICATION

• Five years experience in maintenance of installation equipments

• Previous production line managment experience is advantanged

• Better understanding of packaging material

• Degree in engineering (mechanical, Electical)

• Better understanding of safety, environment and health

• Good analitical skills
