POST: Field Assiant

The fild Assiant is responsible for managment of day to day activities in field implementation of HIV testing and prevention activities

Duties and responsibilities

• Develop active programs of district level of HIV implementation
• Ensuring activities are implemented in accordance with district work plans
• Ensuring HIV testing and prevention service

• Manage jobs training and peer volunteer managment to help HIV testing
• Shedule human resources and shipping resources needed
• Preparation of maps and remapping of geographical location
• Ensure health facilities and health workers participation
• Manage the implementation of program at district level
• Manage field assiAss including performance

QUALIFICATION/SKILLS

• Ability to interact well with targeted group
• Ability to mantain confidentiality regarding cliants health
• Medical trained Personnel (nurse, clinical officer, MD, MBBS
• Exellent communication skills

• Fluent in English and Kiswahili
• Fluent in computer skills
