Under guidance and supervision of human resources Analyst, the HR associate ensure the execution of transparent and HR service in CO. The Hr Associate promotes a collaborative, client oriented approach and support.

Duties and responsibilities

• Full compliance and reports with UN rules, regulations UNDP policies
• Co HR business processes mapping and elaboration of the content of international standards
• Provision of information to the management staff
• Implementation of recruitment processes including drafting
• Create and update positions in ATLAS/ UNall .

QUALIFICATION

• Secondary schools education
• Specialized certification in HR is an Advantage
• University degree in HR, Business or public administration will be given due consideration, but it is not required
• Minimum 6years in secondary school or 3yers (degree)
