Danish Refugees was brought up in 1956, the Danish Refugee Council (DRC) is the largest Danish Council, and the world’s leading non governmental organization one of the few organizations with special expertise in compulsory evacuation of people.
In40 countries 7,500 workers protect, defend and create a sustainable destiny for Refugees and other housing people affected by society. DRC operates when settled at all stages in a serious crisis, exile, when settling and merging into a new position, or on return. The DRC provides protection and life saving humanitarian aid. The DRC supports displaced persons in being independent and included in the host community.
The DRC is working with civil society organizations and responsible authorities to promote the protection of justice and peaceful cohesion.
