The Tanzania National Road agency TANROADS is a semi autonomous Agency under the Ministry of work established on July 1 2000 and responsible for day to day management of the Tanzania Mainland Truck and region Roads network as well as construction of Airports.

Primary functions include the management and maintenance of axle load control, the implementation of road safety and environmental mesures, provision of advice on strategic framework policies and plan for the road sector.

Duties and responsibilities

•  To prepare  and serve tea, Coffee and refreshment
• To move files and documents as directed
• To undertake photocopy or binding of documents
• To collect letters from the post office
• To dispatch letters or parcels
• Ensure office equipment is kept in proper places
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned by supervisor.

QUALIFICATION

• Holder of certificate of secondary education examination who passed
• Able to communicate English and Swahili  fluently
• Must be clean track record
• Applicant must not be more than 35 years age
• Must be a Tanzania citizen
