Asilia Lodge and camps limited is looking for Tanzanian Guide who has competent in guiding with strong combination of leadership, decision making, personalized hosting skills, culture and very good broad knowledge in all Asilia areas of operations including properties and the National park.

Duties and responsibilities

• Provide solution knowledge on all levels of wildlife, history, Tanzania culture, geology birds, trees, plants and all touched in the foundation.
• Clearly articulately and provide information to guests

• Work closely with camp manager and head guide
• Regular vehicle check especially after conditions, making sure vehicles is in excellent conditions.
• Actively host guest in all situations and properties as their guide leader.
• Taking full hosting responsibilities in gaming drive where possible available to host dinner.
• Carry out regular checks in vehicle aid kits and monitors
• Actively support and promote Asilia and share interesting Safari Happening.

QUALIFICATION

• Awareness of park Roads network and alternative road network
• Go beyond call of duty by adhering guiding protocol, national perk rules and Asilia code of conduct
• Not less than 3 years experience as field Guide or similar role in the hospitality industry
• Must be registered with the Broad
• Must be fluent in English or other language will be added advantage
• Committed to high level of customers services
• Class c driving license
• Must be Willing to be based in camps in remote location
• Age not more than 35 yrs
