Hekima is a local non-profit children rights organization in Bukoba Tanzania. They are 200 children living on the street who come from low income and often broken families and now should live on the streets themselves.

Instead of going to school and grow up safe home but these kids sleep at bus station and spend the day collecting bottles in gabage

Hekima vision goal is to deal with this problem by actively helping children through counseling and learning opportunities and also uniting them

Duties and responsibilities

Assisting in fundraising and Marketing Research
Writting grant requests and other Financial work
Supporting and managment of donors and stakeholders
Helping conducting campaign plus digital marketing
Helping with monitoring and impact Reporting
Helping CEOs and overall management plus strategy tasks
Developing and running own projects in topics of interests

Infant you are a student or graduate of managment (Unprofitable) Bussness or related field
Dynamic Research and Communication skills
Readiness to pick up wide range of different function
Experience in project management or fundraising
