Duties and responsibilities

• Handling of all telephone calls reaching the switch board
• Handling all visitors at arrivals well as the visitors book
• Mail/Document registration in ARES
• Coordinate with building security reception to enable smooth invitations
• General assist to head of administration when required
• Assist with LPO Management from time to time
• From time act as backup for Security protocol

QUALIFICATION

• Fluent in kiswahili and English
• Microsoft office word exell outlook
• Compulsory secondary school education plus
• diploma in Secretarial studies from reorganized institutions
• Minimum 3 years experience as administrative support receptionist.
