Duties and responsibilities

  • Helping visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them properly.
  • Making sure customer service timely and accurate
  • Maintaining and perform all the fanction of clerical at desk  of our main entrance
  • Control front desk tidness and availability of all necessary
  • Stock monitoring and oder office equipments
  • Take other task as maybe assigned by managment
