Duties and responsibilities
Preparation of drafting and reviewing of contract, documents and contracts relating to land acquisition
Mmonitoring and managment of records and all disputes compliants
Prepration summaries of project agreed and helping Tanzania legal
Managment of training of various Busness units within the company
Mmonitoring of regal and changes that can have an impact Activities in Tanzania
Following branch changes in the UK and communicate at the right time
Assisting legal manager of Tanzanzania to provide feedback on interpretation
Supporting Tanzanzania law manager in conflict resolution and lawsuit
Mmonitoring of the implemenatation of corpeorate policies and procedures to provide information
Mmonitoring and implemenatation of corpeorate policies and procedures and Provision of Information
Assisting the Tz law Manager in all Gorvenment and interactive Activities
Perfoming of other Fanction as well as requirements in improving the authority
