DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Acting as fore or first interface for customers through giving the world class customer service.
Giving customer support plus inquiries as required.
Provision of the achievement of sales goals by making sure all orders are processed.
Being the first step in Communication with Customers from order inquiry
Working near sales team plus helping them in achieving sales goals
Focusing on Development of existing businesses based on customer segmentation.
Focusing on inventory plans and secure stock replenishment for customers,
Responding to all incoming calls, emails from customers in good manner.
Being there to Receve, process processing plus speed section orders,
Solving compliants from customers with relevant Supervisors plus managers
Provision of education to Customers about the products and services avilabe to them
