Japan Tobacco International  (JTI) is currently  hiring welcoming various candidates interested  to apply for the position available  of People and culture Trainee. The interested  candidates  on this position  should submit their application  as instructed to

POSITION: People  and Cultures Trainee

The sellected  candidates will be responsible for assisting  various  p and C managers  in achieving  of different  plans  based on company  business objectives as it is specified  time to time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Working closely with business partners in implementing recruitment policy against the GSC annual plan, market and leaf
2. Assist in running a postgraduate training program by continuously developing a talent pipeline to integrate into key roles withing business
3. Assist in managing the program of induction, Buddy Program and onboarding of new employees in order to ensure smooth settlement of employees
4. Provide support for other P & C columns such as wellness columns, ER columns and Business Support.
5. Participate in various P&C projects as required such as Family Day, May Day,
6. Health Week to ensure they are successful
7. Ensure the implementation of relevant local, international and demo P & C policies as applicable in your work area
8. Perform any other tasks for direct supervisor / manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Degree in human resources, psychology, administration  or related
2. 0 to 2 years experience  in Hr preferably  international  companies
3. Good in Ms Office
4. Fluent  in English and Swahili language
