Duties and responsibilities

•  Printing all general and non-confidential communications
  things
• Typingletters, minutes, notes, bulletins and circulars
•  properly manage all machines under its charge and make sure that it is used for official work only

• Filing a copy of the letters typed in the respective files
• Attending and receiving of visitors automatically

QUALIFICATIONS

• Format IV certificate and Secretarial certificate owners

• certificate (writing action
  (A) who has passed English and Kiswahili and typing speed of 80 words per minutes.
• Knowledge of Ms Word, Ms excel,
  Ms Publisher, Internet and
  email.
