QUALIFICATIONS
Dynamic experience in the public sector is favored, with a background in change management, consulting, innovation leadership or major government reforms, preferably in Sub – Saharan Africa
Demonstrated the ability to work well in harsh and fast environments.
8 + years work experience, with 5 + years of management and / or leadership experience Strategic thinking, with an expressed understanding of the educational system and educational reform strategies
Experience designing partnerships and empowerment techniques, in the public sector or social impact environment.
Enthusiasm For Educating!the mission is mandatory, but old work in education or youth development is not required. We value different attitudes and encourage requests from people of different backgrounds.
