POSITION:Portfolio Quality Officer

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitoring and payment control of a given portfolio of customers using the company’s software.
Ensure customer compliance with payment schedules via tracking calls and reminders. In the case of inappropriate customers, identify and implement the most effective debt recovery methods and methods.
Monitor on the phone with inappropriate customers in order to ensure the debtor’s account is up to date.
Keeping records about the financial condition of customers, daily reporting to management.
Develop and strengthen customer relationships, regularly updating customers on company policies and new products, providing tailor-made financial solutions through a wide range of products offered by the company.
Train and share knowledge with employees/trainees employed by the company. Any other responsibilities may be assigned by the management.
