Reveurse  is currently  looking  for the food and Beverage Manager  with at least three years  of working experience  in this position 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  1. Managing all food and Beverages  daily activities  within budget  guidelines  and at high rates
  2. Presering the best  standards of service  for domestic  customers 
  3. Design  unique  menus, buy products  and continue  to make improvement important 
  4. Identify customer needs and respond carefully to all their concerns
  5. Lead the f & b team by attracting, recruiting, training and evaluating talented staff
  6. Establish objectives, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
  7. Comply with all health and safety regulations
  8. Management report on sales results and productivity

  1. Proven food and beverage  management  experience 
  2. Working  skills of various  computer programs  ( Ms Office, restaurant  management  software 
  3. Able to solve problems  effectively 
  4. Skills  in assigning multiple  tasks
  5. Good communication  and leadership  skills 
  6. Able to manage employees  and achieve  financial  goals.
  7. Guest oriented and service  minded
