Smollan Organisation is looking for experienced  operations  Officer  who will ensure  the efficiency  of the organisation  through  the maintenance  and sustainability  of the operating systems  while providing  quality information  to relevant stakeholders 

POSITION: Operation Officer 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Analysis and reporting
2. To ensure the analysis of operational information, when required
3. Generate and analyze reports to identify differences
   Operating Systems
4. Monitor the implementation of systems and applications and identify differences and increases accordingly
5. Collaborate with users of systems and developers to ensure problems are solved
   Call Cycle Rule
6. Distribute and define optimized channels for transactions
7. Extract and disseminate movement information from the c-Track system

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Two to three years  experience  in Business support/analysis  environment  preferably with the FMCG
2. Able to pay attention to detail 
3. Results direction 
4. Commitmented to excellence
