Duties and responsibilities

•  Managing preparation of all documents that are included
  useful references and documents
• Providing  management system for maintaining records of items purchased
• Ensuring services contracts policies for office property

• Managing inventory of assets in conjunction with the Finance
• Regulating the fleet of an office vehicle and ensures maintenance

• Management of Storage Efficiency and good use of office equipment

• Establishment, strengthening and facilitating professional relationships

• Development and maintaining of good working relationships with client counterparts

• Working closely and efficiently with administrative staff to maintain
  open flow of information

• Keeping records including Record use and planning

• Monitoring of customer  indicators for purchasing

•  Preparation of regular reports about the situation

QUALIFICATION

• Degree in Business  Administration, commerce or related

• Three to five years of working experience if you have high diploma in business

• Experience in accountancy

• Experience in shopping, accounting costs and considerable knowledge of materials

• Excellent organizational skills and problem solving
