POST: Procurement and Supplies Officer

Duties and responsibilities

• Making sure contracts are executed in accordance with rules
• Preparation of requirements and specifications
• Advising on best procurement practices
• Evaluation of vendor performance and advise

• Mantaining of up-to-date system Maintenance
• Preparation of bid documents and advatising tenders
• Coordinating preparation of Technical specifications
• Produce and control office equipments
• Notfication of annual purchase plan for database
• Doing any other duties assigned by supervisor
