Green planet are looking for innovative transaction manager to guide their purchase team.  The procurement will guide the purchase process from choosing retailers and also providing guidance  on sources and purchase.

Duties and responsibilities

•  Developing procurement strategies that are Innovative and inexpensive

• Finding and engaging reliable Supplies and vendors

• Negotiating with sellers and vendors to find a profitable issues

• Reviewing on existing contracts with Suppliers and vendors

• Creating and mantaining long term relationship

• Approving purchase orders and organizing varified good and services

• Making risk assessment on possible contracts.

• Controlling budget and promoting cultural of long term saving

• Managment of IT system that monitors shipment and product distribution

• Preparation of transaction information

QUALIFICATION

• Experience in management of supply operations

• Fluency in computer programs eg Oracle,SAP

• degree in supply chain management, logistics, Bussness Administration

• Knowledge of preparation and reviewing contracts, invoice

• Managment and leadership skills

• Highly organized

• Exellent analytical skills and problem solving
