We are hiring for procurement officer at Our Dar es Salaam office and Zanzibar

POST: Procurement Officer

Duties and responsibilities

• To receive and purchase orders from warehouse and approved supplies
• Selecting and establishment and maintaining supplies update information
• Conducting entire procurement process
• Set up supplies  received orders, compliants
• Become the supplies first point of contact
• Ensuring purchase invoice complies with needs
• Ensuring purchase documents of suppliers are done following guidelines
• Monitoring delivery times so that they are made on time
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate prices
• Creating payment terms negotiation
• Control and monitoring of expenses
• Doing of any other duties assigned by company.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in procurement and logistics
• Three years experience in purchasing
