Duties and responsibilities

• Track record oder to ensure and interview vendors negotiations control and costs
• Prepare requisition and purchase orders
• Organize and schedule procurement in timely manner
• Recommended new process or system for improvement
• Communicate performance and cost management
• Receive oders and document arrivals
• Analyze market and delivery system

QUALIFICATION

• Diploma/Bachelor degree in procurement or related field
• 2-3 years experience in procurement/Buyer experience
• High level of communication and networking skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Must be ready to work on Sunday
• Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft /exel
