Duties and responsibilities

• Provision of Technical oversight and procurement advise
• Provision of guidance and support the preparation of realistic and plans
• Preparation of draft documents  for proposal
• Support in bidding evaluation
• Provision of preparation of Monthly  and anual procurement goals

• Working near with the Procurement  managment at the University of Dar es salaam
• Provision of all Procurement  documents required
• Doing other jobs as maybe assigned by supervisor

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor degree of procurement, Law, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, from recorgnized institution
• Five years of post graduate experience in public procurement
• Effective in the use of computer programs
• Strong analytical skills
• Exellent in English and Kiswahili
• Ability to handle multiple task
