POSITION: Program Officer
The company is looking for programs Officer with the following features
Degree in social sciences, environmental agriculture, Agriculture, environmental management, or related discipline
Great understanding and practice experience of planning, monitoring and evaluation techniques widely
Experience in civil society development cooperation
Good understanding of the concept and theories of the methodology based on justice policy process and policy advocacy including experience in policy campaigns
Experience in implementation of double and triple nexus projects
Proven experience in resource Mobelization
Experience working in agribusiness/Value chain development
Working experience from EU supported development
Experience in agribusiness/Value chain development
Working experience from EU supported development plans
Excellent communication skills
Fluent in English and Swahili language
High skills in writing reports and presentations
