Job Description

The Quality Assurance  Officer  will be responsible  for ensuring  compliance  with the operations  of Church  members  for saving  group service methodology.  Will work with city of hope Tanzania   in Arusha

POSITION: Quality  Assurance Officer 

City of hope  is currently  hiring welcoming various candidates interested to apply for the position avilable  of Quality assurance Officer.  The interested  candidates  interested  to work with  City of hope should  follow instructions to apply for the position

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Promote and fulfill the mission and vision of hope internationally through:
2. Tracking to follow the trust technique
3. Conduct field monitoring inspections and produce a monthly book, which includes monitoring reports from visits and data validation.
4. Travel and attend group meetings and monthly mentoring meetings (MMMs) to ensure expected standards are met.
5. Give recommendations for improving the efficiency and efficiency of operational processes and procedures.
6. Keeper of trust activity data in Tanzania.
   Lead in the collection of stories / testimonials and support their publications.
7. Provision Of Assistance To The Plans Of The Parishioners Of The Church
8. Supporting HOPE TZ partners in the implementation of the program
9. Attend meetings of the advisory and savings group (Sg) monthly to monitor the compliance of the partner of hope procedures at these meetings.
10. Provide capacity building, support, and coaching to field coordinators.
11. Provide recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of operational policies and partner planning procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS 

1. Personal confessions of christian faith and commitment  to mission  and City of hope 
2. Enthusiasm  and able to educate oneself about reserve Group techniques  and patterns 
3. Degree in Business administration,  Economics,  Development studies  or related
4. Better understanding of cultural communication  and good personal skills 
5. Demonstrated  at least  two years  of project  management experience 
6. Fluent in English language 
7. Excellent computer skills
