Ambassador Hotel is a big hotel found and located in Arusha Tanzania. They are hiring for receptionist who will be responsible for answering for client phone calls in polite and friendly manner, welcoming of visitors in warm and friendly while answering any asked questions from visitors. Maintaining of reception area all common areas in clean and tidy manner at all time.

 

Duties and responsibilities

• Answering direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
• Welcoming of visitors in warm and friendly manner
• Answering of visitors phone calls
• Maintaining reception area clean
• Operating standard office equipment on regular basis
• Keeping of detailed and accurate records of visitors requests and calls received
• Receive deliveries
• Distribute incoming mails
• Take inventory of supplies stock as needed
•  Maintaining general office filling system

QUALIFICATION

• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Able to type
• Strong phone skills
• Demonstrated ability to read and write English and kiswahili
• 2-3years experience in office environment
• High school or Diploma
