Duties and responsibilities
Answering of phone calls and direct calls to office responsible
Taking out relay messages to relevant staff ad report to callers
Organizing and managment the front desk of office of the country
Keeping track phone Office
Preparation of monthly summary reports
Ensuring effective work at office
Receiving stamp dates and view all incoming calls
Maintaining accurate list of records
Tracking senior personnel movement in and out movement and staff movements
Dealing with public question and Customer monitoring
Managing of meetings and room booking
Monitoring movement and mantaining Reception area arranged
