POST: RECEPTIONIST

Duties and responsibilities

• Serving visitors by greeting and welcoming them to appropriately
• Notifies responsible personal on visitors arrived
• Maintaining security and tele communication system
• Informing visitors by giving answers and referring inquiries
• Directing visitors by mentioning employees and department director
• Maintain security by monitoring logbook and badge issuing to visitors
• Operating tele communication system following on manufacturer instruction
• Keeping safe and clean reception area.
• Support continuity among working team by effective communication.
