ARS law and Advisory  is currently  hiring  welcoming various candidates interested  to apply for the position avilable  of Receptionist. The interested  candidates  to work on mentioned  position  should  follow instructions  to apply for the position. 

POSITION: Receptionist 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
2. Direct visitors to the right person and office
   Reply, screen and front incoming phone calls
3. Ensuring the reception area is neat and visible, with all the necessary accessories 
4. Provide basic and accurate information to the person and via phone / email
5. Receive, sort and distribute daily mail / deliveries
6. Maintaining office security in compliance with security procedures.
7. Update calendar and schedule of meetings
8. Manage office media accounts

QUALIFICATIONS 

1. Proven work experience  as Recipient,  representative of front office  or related
2. Proficiency in MS Office suite
3. Hands on experience  with office equipment 
4. Professional  attitude  and appearance 
5. Good written and verbal communication skills 
6. Able to be creative and careful  
7. Excellent organisation skills 
8. Multi tasking  skills and time management 
9. Able to prioritize  work
10. Customer  service attitude 
11. High school Diploma  and additional certification in Secretarial work is added advantage .
