POSITION: Receptionist

The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting Customers and Visitors with the positive attitude and also helping Customer to sellecting good products to Customers

Duties and responsibilities

• Greeting Customers plus visitors with the positive attitude
• Showing products to Customers
• Preparation of coffee for officers plus Customers
• Showing positive attitude to Customers
• Classifying products to customers
• Ensuring Reception area is caped clean
• Registering Customer information and visitors
• Helping colligues with admistrative functions
• Helping other fellow Officers in other duties
• Writting down report and submitting to leader
