POSITION: Experienced Receptionist

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Answering  guest questions  and requests
2. Greeting  all guests  and healp them with a check in and out
3. Receiving all calls
4. Help administrative in clerical tasks as required
5. Managing of visitors logbook and reservations
6. Setting  up a comfortable and orderly  workplace
7. Maintain an appropriate attitude  and friendly  demeanor
8. Answering  all questions  and provide information  about the hotel services
9. Doing other receptionist  tasks as will be given by management
