POSITION: Recovery Officer 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Ensuring effective implementation of the Recovery Unit
2. Direct management of rescue officers
3. Exchange of information with rescue officers,
4. Regional Managers, Business Center Managers and other stakeholders in the chain of rescue operations
5. Participate in the employment of recovery interns and debt collectors
6. Prepare recovery plans in consultation with the Chief Operating Officer
7. Prepare the information to be submitted to the heads of operations and other heads of departments as the need arises

8. Able to identify  key debt recovery  strategies  in VFY
9. Proven problem solver a d show leadership  skills
10. Able to be self sufficient, reflecting Christian values in life and work
11. Able to maintain  work/Life balance a d efficiency
12. Degree in Business Administration,  Accounting, Finance  and Economics
13. Good  history  of legal Studies  (Business law) and practice is added advantage
14. Very good in Swahili  and English both written and spoken
15. Willingness  to take responsibility  and develop a sense of rectitude
