Sales Manager will be responsible  for running  regional  business  and commercial  strategy,  He will be the sales director  in ensuring  that the sales strategies  for the regional in driving  primary  and secondary  sales as well as achieving  key performance  indicators  such as efficiency  NRM, NSV growth spirits

POSITION: Regional Sales Manager 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

1.  Driving regional Route to Consumer strategy as agreed by Sales Directorate. 
2. Directing, controlling  motivating, guiding and training regional sales teams to achieve agreed sales, distribution, and market performance goals.
3. Diectly involving team training and development, implementation of appropriate use of SFA tools,
4. Holding the team to high levels of field discipline and performance and evidence of result management.
5. Ensuring that its team and its partners comply with all sales-related policies, security policies.

QUALIFICATIONS 

1. Degree in business related fields 
2. Five years of experience in such role, preferably  in the industrial consumption sector 
3. Strict track records  in people  management  and or commercial  responsibilities within consumer product environment 
4. Able to manage retail activities  plan in accordance with the agreed segments  standards  and corresponding products 
5. Ensuring  compliance  with safety requirements in working environment 
6. Leadership skills 
7. Presentation skills
